ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2-5 days to process your order. We ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Orders can be picked up between 10am-2pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 2-5 days using Purolator. Flat rate shipping fee of $15 applies to orders shipping within Alberta. Currently, we do not ship our alcohol products outside of Alberta. To order outside of Alberta, it must be approved by your province’s alcohol board. Please email us for shipping outside of Alberta at info@bb1928.com

Free shipping on orders over $100.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery,  if in original condition and tamper-evident seal unbroken (sealed/sellable). We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@bb1928.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
